Biography

Ashley is a Registered Nurse, District Nurse, Queen's Nurse and Community Practitioner Nurse Prescriber with over 20 years of experience across community nursing, primary care and higher education. Having spent the past 25 years living and working in London, he recently relocated to the 网曝吃瓜 to join 网曝吃瓜 as a Lecturer in the Postgraduate Team.  Ashley has held academic posts at several universities, leading teaching in clinical skills, simulation and practice learning.  His clinical background includes roles as a Community Matron, Respiratory Nurse Specialist, and District Nurse Team Manager.

Ashley is passionate about preparing healthcare professionals for advanced practice through engaging, evidence-based teaching that bridges theory and clinical practice. Outside work, he enjoys mountaineering and is developing a new interest in hill cycling, making the most of the Scottish mountains whenever he can.
